Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the package is marked as delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchanges

Norxil does not currently offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

Conditions include:

• Product remains unused

• Original packaging is intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing generally takes up to 10 business days

• Banks may require additional processing time
